The Signs Of Ingleton

Everywhere we go there are signs in all shapes, sizes and formats. Even handwritten signs. Ingleton is a relatively small place, yet even here there are so many signs. This set of images show just a few that I spotted as I walked around Ingleton. Next time you go into your own village, town or city, just have a look and see how many signs there are. Imagine the places without them.
Being a cat person, I simply couldn't resist taking a photo of this sign. Sadly the feline didn't make an appearance.
Not so much a sign, but a stone monument.
That is one heck of a choice to be made. Do we go to the pub, or the chippy? Better still, pub first, then the chippy.
Oh dear, are they expecting floods?

This really did remind me of my home County of Devon, where you can buy cream teas everywhere! The clotted cream had certainly travelled a long way.
Unusual milestone. La Chapelle Des Marais in the twin town of Ingleton.

Paradise Row built in 1711. No entry through that ofd doorway though.

Another cat lives here perhaps?
This was not easy to take a photo of due to the reflection.
One of Ingleton's attractions is the Waterfall Trail.
